Feeling better, Sun is already up, looking forward to driving to Bavaria with a “little” (she will shoot me for that) friend to get the BMW serviced while we testdrive the BMW 1-convertible and have Brunch in a charming Vienna Coffee-House – yep sounds like the perfect start for a day like today
Have a great WE everybody!!

Watching “Eurovision Song Contest” – updating live while the Show goes on my Personal high & lows!
Spain – ok they thought this was a musical not ESC…
OMG the Serbian Song so unbelievably sucks and we still don’t know whether that was a he or she performing…
I like the Irish performance, very good voice with lots of Volume, so far my favorite…
The Greeks do sound like a “Dschingis-Khan” Revival-Band on Ouzo…
The Brits do a typical “Europop” Number with lots of out-of-tune happenings…
Georgia – nice voice but very old-fashioned, all Songs so far BTW!
Turkey cant decide what to do: Rap, Pop, Rock, Ballade….
Iceland, Fitting: they put up a volcano on the Stage…very powerful Voice but sadly the song is typical Europop…
Ukraine – they overdose on the windmachine…the Song is soso
France is represented by a Guy from Africa named Matador and the Song reminds me of Brasilian Beach music
Rumania has a nice double-piano
gadget…song Starts out nice but goes downhill quick!
Russia – sob stuff!
Armenia – a Song about apricot stones?
Germany now: Go Lena Go!
great performance, very refreshing and intoxicating compared to the others, She has a good Chance ending up among the front places…
Portugal – very good Voice, again sadly meaningles Song
The Swedish contribution Comes from Denmark – häh? also Sounds very familiar…
Let’s see how that one turns out!
Congratulations Lena – you pulled us out of the Corner of shame! Enjoy your Big success!

After a seven-hour journey via Landshut & Munich, we finally arrived at Schliersee. Picturesque landscape, but the weather could have been better…at least we could eat on the terrace and start the boot-trip without rain. However, during the Coffee Break it started to rain and on the Way back we cosequently had to sit inside. Now we are in our Country-Motel outside Landshut enjoying the view and trying to ignore the persistant Country smells
